GSW stockholders approve Deutsche Wohnen all-share bid

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Shareholders in property group GSW have approved an all-stock takeover bid by rival Deutsche Wohnen , clearing the way for the creation of Germany's no. 2 real estate company.
