E.ON sells 80 pct stake in two U.S. wind farms to Enbridge

FRANKFURT, Nov 28 (Reuters) - German utility E.ON agreed to sell an 80 percent stake in two wind farms in the United States to Enbridge, Canada's largest pipeline company.
