Turkish Treasury says mandates banks for panda market bond issue

ISTANBUL, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Turkey has mandated Bank of China, HSBC and ICBC to explore bond issuance opportunities in China's panda market, the Turkish Treasury said on Wednesday.
