Mosaic to buy CF Industries' phosphate business for $1.2 bln

Oct 28 (Reuters) - U.S. fertilizer maker Mosaic Co said it would buy CF Industries Holdings Inc's phosphate mining and manufacturing business for $1.2 billion in cash.
