NY Utility Debt Securitization Authority to sell $2.1 bln bonds

Nov 26 (Reuters) - New York's Utility Debt Securitization Authority is planning to sell nearly $2.1 billion of restructuring bonds during the week of Dec. 9, said a market source on Tuesday.
