Japan, Turkey scrap talks on tank engine supply deal

TOKYO (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has lost a potential deal to supply tank engines to Turkey because of restrictions that remain in place on Japan's military exports, officials in Turkey and Japan said.
