Spencer Spirit to buy retailer Brookstone as part of bankruptcy plan

(Reuters) - Specialty retailer Brookstone Inc said it would be bought by Spencer Spirit Holdings Inc for about $147 million as part of a prepackaged bankruptcy protection plan.
