Exclusive: Goldman considering setting up new infrastructure fund

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs Group Inc is considering raising a new infrastructure fund, according to three people familiar with the matter, even as U.S. regulations threaten to reduce its profits from such endeavors.
