CRH to buy Lafarge, Holcim assets for 6.5 billion euros

DUBLIN (Reuters) - Irish building supplies group CRH said on Sunday it had agreed to pay 6.5 billion euros for assets Lafarge and Holcim were obliged to sell ahead of their planned merger.
