UPDATE 1-Dow Chemical to sell most chlorine assets in $5 bln deal

March 27 (Reuters) - Dow Chemical Co said it would separate most of its chlorine business and sell it to smaller rival Olin Corp in a tax-efficient deal valued at about $5 billion.
