UPDATE 1-Grocery store chain A&P files for bankruptcy

July 20 (Reuters) - Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co, the supermarket company known as A&P, and certain affiliates filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection late on Sunday.
