UPDATE 1-Toll road firm Abertis' shares fall after CVC sells stake at discount

MADRID, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Shares in Spanish toll road operator Abertis fell more than 4 percent on Friday after private equity firm CVC Capital Partners sold a 6.3 percent stake at a discount, leaving it with a less than 1 percent holding in the company.
