Ultra Petroleum files for bankruptcy

NEW YORK, May 2 (Reuters) - Oil and natural gas producer Ultra Petroleum Corp, a major victim of depressed oil and gas prices, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Friday in Houston.
