UPDATE 1-Imtech shares plunge with no solution to cash crunch in sight

AMSTERDAM, Aug 6 (Reuters) - Dutch engineering firm Imtech on Thursday scrambled to find its way out of a liquidity crunch, saying it was "considering all options" as shares fell to all time lows.
