Whirlpool gatecrashes Aga's sale to Middleby

LONDON, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Aga Rangemaster, the British range cooker company that had agreed a sale to Middleby , said it had received a competing approach from U.S. appliance maker Whirlpool.
